Phnom Penh, Cambodia — Open to senior roles & advisory work
Edgaras Neverdauskas
Senior Product Engineer
I build modern software products from idea to production across web, AI, data, fintech and Web3.
10+ years in software development, building React and TypeScript products across fintech, Web3 and AI-enabled workflows — and advising teams on product direction, frontend architecture and delivery.

Selected work
Products I've built and shipped
Projects spanning fintech, Web3, AI and consumer products — from data pipelines to production DeFi interfaces.
Ampuno
Founder & Product Engineer
An electric-vehicle catalogue and comparison platform: structured EV data, search, filtering, and side-by-side model comparison built for clarity at scale.
@unicorn
Founder & Product Engineer
A long-running social and self-expression product, in continuous iteration since 2022 — product direction, authentication, profiles, posts and media, built and rebuilt as the platform matured.
LiquidLoans / Fetch Oracle
Frontend Engineer
Frontend engineering across a multi-chain DeFi ecosystem — borrowing, staking, liquidations, and oracle reporting interfaces handling live on-chain financial state.
Bitcoin Analytics
Independent Product Engineer
A market and wallet analytics dashboard tracking BTC pricing and multichain wrapped-Bitcoin balances across Ethereum, Base and BSC, built with a heavily AI-assisted engineering workflow.
Social Blockchain Network
Independent Product Engineer
A social product experiment where posts are minted as NFTs: likes and comments are wallet-signed on-chain interactions, and tips go directly to creators, deployed across three testnets.
Other work
Tokenization boilerplate
Independent exploration of tokenization patterns and infrastructure in TypeScript.
PhotoRank AI
An AI-powered image-ranking product with a mobile-first UX, vision-model analysis, and Stripe-based checkout.
Advice & second opinions
How I can help
I've spent 10+ years building products — my own and other people's. If you're working on something and want an experienced second opinion, we can look at it together. Often that's a single conversation.
Product Direction
You have an idea, an MVP, or something already running, and you're not sure what should come next. Product thinking grounded in real experience building and shipping software.
- What the product actually solves, and for whom
- What belongs in the first version, and what can wait
- Features and complexity you don't need
- Whether the current direction still makes sense
UI/UX & Product Review
We go through something together — a site, an app, a user flow, a Figma file. I look at it as a user would, and from the perspective of someone who understands what it takes to build it.
- User flows and steps that could be removed
- Where the interface is likely to lose people
- Information hierarchy and simplification
- How it holds up on a phone
Technical Approach
You know roughly what you want to build and want another perspective before committing real time or money. Whether I end up building any of it is a separate question.
- Feasibility, and how hard this really is
- Implementation approach and practical architecture
- Build it, or use something that already exists
- Where something is being over-engineered
AI & Product Opportunities
Where AI genuinely improves what you're building or how you work — and, just as often, where it only adds cost and risk.
- Practical AI features worth building
- Where AI is unnecessary
- Ideas that are far cheaper to build than they used to be
- Judging an AI idea on product and technical grounds
Not sure which of these you need?
Most people aren't. Tell me what you're working on. If I think I can help, we can spend an hour looking at it together — and if I'm not the right person, I'll say so.

How I work
AI-assisted engineering
I use OpenAI Codex and Claude Code as part of my day-to-day engineering workflow — not as a novelty, but as tools that make me faster at implementation, refactoring, debugging and research.
These tools accelerate the mechanical parts of software engineering: writing implementation, refactoring, debugging, testing and exploring architectural options. That speed changes how much I can build, but not who's accountable for it.
What I still own
- Product direction and requirements
- Architecture and technical decisions
- Evaluating and integrating generated code
- Debugging and testing strategy
- UX and production quality

About
A bit about me
I'm a senior product engineer with 10+ years in software development, based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. My background is in frontend and product engineering, with real depth in fintech, DeFi and blockchain, and more recently AI-enabled software and consumer products.
I like turning ideas into working products — the whole path from data and architecture through UX, testing and deployment. I'm hands-on by preference, not by necessity: I'd rather be building than managing the building.
These days I split my time between building my own products and advising other teams — usually on product direction, frontend architecture, or working out what is actually worth building next.
Open to senior local and remote opportunities, and to advisory work.
